Em Doughty (they/them)
I grew up in Richland, Washington before attending Western Washington University and graduating in 2019 with a Bachelors of Science in psychology with a minor in business administration. I began working at Chestnut Grove in 2021 and I love every moment. I attended a Montessori preschool as a child and it feels like home to return to one. I adore spending time in the kitchen with children as they learn the joys of cooking and baking for themselves and their community, especially when we get to harvest fresh herbs, fruits, and vegetables from the garden.
